Meet Elide Rathborne

Director of design

Elide Grabowski has been the Director of Design at Bond Collective since 2015.  She has extensive experience working in both commercial and residential spaces. Her creative points of view are rooted in education and travel. She is a graduate of the Sotheby’s Institute of Art, where she earned a Certificate in American Fine and Decorative Arts, and graduated Cum Laude with a B.A. in Art History from Fairfield University. Fluent in both classic and contemporary, high culture and pop culture, vintage and modern—Elide’s signature style often balances elements of multiple such influences seamlessly and tastefully. She has collaborated with the following architects on these respective projects: Leeser Architecture on the Gowanus location, Spector Group on the FIDI locations, and is currently working with Christian Lahoude on the 839 Broadway location as well as several other Bond Collective locations. She has most recently been featured for her work in Mic.com’s partnership with Cole Haan in their “Reinventing the Workplace" series exploring the elegant innovation of workplace design, and celebrating these achievements.
